CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• To keep your item in top condition, wash it inside out.
• For best results, lay your lovely personalized item flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight or high heat.
• To maintain the integrity of the embroidery, please avoid using bleach or ironing directly onto the design. Instead, use a piece of fabric on top of the embroidery area and iron.
• Dry cleaning is not recommended.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We know you’re eager to receive your personalized embroidered item. However, orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 working days or 7-10 working days during peak season.

Please note that occasional factors like holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery time. The courier normally delivers within UAE in 1-2 working days within city limits or 2-3 working days for remote areas. (Please see Shipping and Delivery page for complete list of areas in UAE with corresponding delivery schedule)

Prior to delivery, a courier representative will contact you and make sure you receive your parcel on time.

Handling time (before shipping) can be up to 1-2 working days or 5-7 working days during peak season, as most of our items are made to order.

RETURNS & REFUND

There is no return and refund as all of our products are personalized and custom-made. Unless the customer received the wrong product, we do not accept returns and refund will not be processed.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation should be made within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Otherwise, order is considered sold.
