CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation should be made within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Otherwise, the order is considered sold.

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

There is no return and refund as all of our products are personalized and custom-made. Unless the customer received the wrong product, we do not accept returns and refund will not be processed.

However, if there are product quality defects, a refund will be processed in full amount to the customer and bear the freight returned by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.
