What We Need From You to Quote a Project
To give you a proper quote for a custom bulk order or project, send us as much as you have — even a rough idea is enough to start.
- What you want made — product type(s): embroidered T-shirts, personalized towels, gift sets, caps, tote bags
- Quantity — approximate number of pieces (a range is fine: “around 50”, “20 to 30”)
- What personalization you need — company logo, employee names, a single message, each piece with a different name, event branding
- Any design / logo you have — send the file if you have one; if not, tell us the concept and we’ll advise
- Preferred thread / product colors — optional; we’ll advise if you don’t have preferences
- Target delivery date — when do you need it by? (Earlier is better, especially in peak season)
- Delivery location — office, event venue, or individual recipients across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or other Emirates

How a Custom Bulk Project Works

Email us with your brief — product, quantity, personalization, delivery date, and any design or logo you have.
2. We Review & Quote
We’ll get back to you with a quote, a production timeline, and any questions about design, colors, or personalization.
3. Design Review (if needed)
For custom logos or bespoke projects, we’ll prepare a design preview for your approval before anything goes into production. Nothing is made without your approval.
4. Production
Once confirmed, we produce your order in Dubai — piece by piece, with care, exactly to the approved design and personalization.
5. Delivery Across the UAE
Delivered to your office, event venue, or individual recipients across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all Emirates — on the timeline we agreed.
