Personalized iron-on patch is so useful for labeling babies & kids bags, jackets, pouches, and any other essentials that needs labeling. Labeling is so vital to avoid switching to other kids. It’s so simple to apply. You just need to iron on to the item you’d like to label you’re done.
Material: Cotton twill fabric
Size: Small set (2.5cm x 5cm) – 4pcs
Medium set (2.5cm x 7.5cm) – 3pcs
Large set* (5cm x 7.5cm) – 2pcs
*Large set can be embroidered up to 2 names as shown in the image. The rest of sizes can only be embroidered with 1 name.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- To keep your item in top condition, wash it inside out.
- For best results, lay your lovely personalized item flat to dry, avoiding direct sunlight or high heat.
- To maintain the integrity of the embroidery, please avoid using bleach or ironing directly onto the design. Instead, use a piece of fabric on top of the embroidery area and iron.
- Dry cleaning is not recommended.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We know you’re eager to receive your personalized embroidered item/s. However, please know that processing time will only start AFTER the order/s has been placed. Orders will be processed in 2-3 working days and will be shipped within another 1-2 working days. It would take roughly at least 5-7 working days or 7-10 working days during peak season for the orders to be delivered. There is an intricate time frame that we need in order to carefully create each order. We thank you for your understanding.
Please note that occasional factors like holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery time. The courier normally delivers within UAE in 1-2 working days within city limits or 2-3 working days for remote areas. (Please see Shipping and Delivery page for complete list of areas in UAE with corresponding delivery schedule)
Prior to delivery, a courier representative will contact you and make sure you receive your parcel on time.
Handling time (before shipping) can be up to 1-2 working days or 5-7 working days during peak season, as most of our items are made to order.
RETURNS & REFUND
Our products are all made-to-order personalized items, therefore there shall be no return and refund. Unless the customer received the wrong product, we do not accept returns and refund will not be processed.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation should be made within 12 hours after the order has been placed. Otherwise, order is considered sold.
